After reaching out to RD Outdoor by calling (207) 251-7566, or dropping us a note online, our Office will get in contact with you quickly to make Introductions! We will listen to all of your ideas and get the ball rolling. Shortly after making the call to RD Outdoor, you will have our Estimator scheduled for the Site Consultation visit!

Once Introductions are made and we have collected enough information for a Site Consultation, we can begin crafting your new Outdoor Living environment. We promise to arrive at our very first appointment Ready to Create. Depending on the complexity of your project, we may suggest having the design done by our in-house team, or we may recommend a landscape architect in our close network. The design will consider all the essential elements to satisfaction, sustainability, longevity and functionality.

After approving the concept and price, we can begin Your Project’s Operations Management. You will meet with our Operation’s Manager to review the Project Timeline and our Order of Operations. We will keep you in the loop from Start to Finish, and you will always have someone to answer any questions as they arise!

It is our standard to perform a Client Walk-Through before delivering the final product over to you. We want to check every last detail to ensure your complete satisfaction. During this time the Operations Manager will also give you information on how best to care for your new Outdoor Living area. We love to see customers who are engaged and excited as the Project nears completion!

Now that RD Outdoor has completed your new Outdoor Living Project, it is time for you to relax and enjoy! But our work doesn’t stop there. We will schedule Quality Control visits to monitor the new environment. We know that by choosing RD Outdoor, you made an investment in Quality and Integrity. We plan on honoring that investment!
